Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our regenerative meats and delivery process.

How is your meat shipped to ensure freshness?

All orders are packed in insulated liners with dry ice to ensure your meat arrives frozen or perfectly chilled, even in warm weather.

What does 'Regenerative Agriculture' mean?

Regenerative agriculture refers to farming practices that restore soil health, increase biodiversity, and improve the water cycle, resulting in healthier land and more nutritious meat.

Where do you ship your products?

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the U.S. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.

Can I return meat products if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order quality or damage during transit, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

Are your animals grass-fed and finished?

Yes, our ruminant animals (like bison and beef) are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on open pastures without the use of feedlots.

How long can I store the meat in my freezer?

Our vacuum-sealed products can be stored in the freezer for 6 to 12 months without compromising quality or flavor.
